Refund Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send your item to: Bahadurabad 4 Minar Chowrangi, Karachi, Pakistan. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, partially used, or tampered products cannot be returned. Products without their original packaging or products damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage are also not eligible for return.

Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items unless the product received is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your return is accepted and you wish to exchange the product, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

Store Credit

Spray Wala does not offer cash refunds for returned products.

Once we have received and inspected your approved return, we will notify you whether it has been accepted. If approved, the eligible amount will be issued as Spray Wala Store Credit, which can be used toward a future purchase from spraywalaa.com.

Store credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
